Sahiyo Alumni Wellness – Virtual Sound Healing

Sahiyo is excited to partner with Sophie Pyne, licensed therapist and sound healer to deliver a wellness session for the Activists Retreat and Voices to End FGM/C alumni. During this experience, Sophie will guide Sahiyo program participants with the soothing sounds of her crystal alchemy bowls to help bring them into a state of relaxation, calm and realignment. Sound healing helps to release the tension of day-to-day life and opens the door to enhanced intuition, improved immunity, reduced anxiety and stress, stabilized moods, and better sleep. A sound bath will ultimately help them find a sense of balance and peace for their mind, body and spirit.
