Date: May 8th, 2025, 6:30 – 8pm EST Type: Virtual Empowerment nonprofit Free2Luv® will host a 1.5 hour creative expression mental wellness workshop exclusively for Sahiyo’s Activists Retreat & Voices to End FGM/C alumni guiding them through a creative team-building experience. Each participant (up to 15) will receive an EXPRESS IT! art journal and art supply pouch. This program provides a perfect way to relieve stress and/or anxiety, practice self-reflection, unleash your creativity, and learn more about yourself and ways to support your well-being in a supportive, judgment-free environment.
